Supplier Dashboard
Once you are set up with TravelEssence, you will be provided with login details for the Supplier Dashboard. On this dashboard, you are able to manage your profile, bookings, photos and more. It makes working with TravelEssence simple and easy.
You can also update your availability on the Supplier Dashboard. Or, we can connect to your existing channel manager, provided it’s compatible with Bookeasy. Then you just have to update your availability in one place. We will set this up and guide you through it.

Automated Payments
With our automated payment system, we pay you in advance from our accounts team in Wellington. We ask that you confirm the price in the booking request. If you’re an accommodation host, this is all you need to do.
If you are an activity host, we ask that you send us an invoice before the activity date. You will then receive payment at least seven days in advance of the client's arrival.
With automated payments made in advance, both you and your guests need not worry about payments, bills or invoices when they come to see you.
Live Availability
When we build itineraries for clients, we want to make their dreams come true, this means including the locations and regions that they wish to go to. This is why it is important to know when you are available so we can plan the itinerary and only send you bookings when you are available to host.
You can update your availability on the Supplier Dashboard, or we can connect to your existing channel manager, provided it is compatible with BookEasy, and then you can update your availability from one place. We can also set this up for you and can guide you through it if you have any questions.

The dashboard is your personal hub of information. It is here that you can manage your profile, assess your availability, upload photos, take care of invoices, and see an overview of your TravelEssence bookings.
BookEasy
BookEasy is a software tool that allows us to view your availability in real time, so checking your availability for potential bookings is much easier. If your channel manager is compatible, we can connect our system with yours so you can input your data in only one place.
Availability
By keeping your availability up to date and connecting this to our information, we will be able to clearly see your availability when building an itinerary. This allows us to send bookings only when it’s possible for you. We love efficient processes for everyone!
Bookings
Your bookings are always sent to you by email. In the email, you can accept, decline, and reply to the sender to discuss the booking. This can also be done on the Supplier Dashboard, which is where an overview of all your TravelEssence bookings can be found.
