Supplier Dashboard

What is the Supplier Dashboard?

The Supplier Dashboard is an online environment that offers you a clear and easy overview of everything you need to work with TravelEssence.

On the Dashboard you can manage new booking requests, view upcoming and past bookings, upload images, and manage your availability calendar.

When using the Supplier Dashboard, you will still receive our booking requests by email as usual.

How do I access my TravelEssence Supplier Dashboard?

Your login is the email address that your TravelEssence booking requests are sent to. In case you have forgotten your password, you can reset on the login page.

If you do not have a Supplier Dashboard account yet, please contact the Product team at product@travelessence.nl.

Bookings & Payments

Where do I view my bookings?

You can view all your TravelEssence bookings on the Supplier Dashboard. Please go to the ‘Bookings’ tab and click on ‘Confirmed bookings’ to view the details of each individual TravelEssence booking.

When do I get paid?

You will be paid at least seven days prior to the guest’s arrival. You will also receive an email with the client’s reference number to inform you of the payment. If you are an accommodation supplier, we create an invoice for you in the Supplier Dashboard, which shows the exact date the payment will be made for the specific booking.

Future guests

Can I contact my future guests before their arrival?

Yes. Your Supplier Dashboard shows you where your guests are staying prior to their stay with you. Therefore, in case of an emergency, you can contact your future guests there.

Can I receive my future guest’s contact details?

Due to European Privacy Law, we are not permitted to share our client’s contact details. Therefore, we recommend that you check the Supplier Dashboard where you can see where your guests are staying prior to their stay with you. You can contact them there.

Your profile

How do I upload and view my images?

On your Supplier Dashboard profile, you can upload images directly to our system. Please go to ‘Services’ and click the ‘Photos’ tab.

How do I change my contact details?

Please contact our Product team at product@travelessence.nl so we can update your contact details in our reservation system.

How do I update my rates?

Please send an email to our Rates team with your new rates. We will update your rates in our system as soon as possible. You will receive an email confirmation.

Please send your rates to either:

New Zealand - ratesnz@travelessence.nl
Australia - ratesau@travelessence.nl

Please note that the newly updated rates will apply to all forward booking requests, which means that upcoming confirmed bookings will remain at the same rate as at the time of confirmation.

How can I add more rooms and/or activities?

Please contact the Product team at product@travelessence.nl and we can assist you with this.


Availability

How do I share my availability with TravelEssence?

There are two ways to provide TravelEssence with your property’s availability:

Via a channel manager
We have partnered with a company called Bookeasy, which links to your channel manager and enables us to monitor your live availability data. If you have not set up this connection or are unsure whether the connection is made, please contact our Product team at available@travelessence.nl.

Via your ‘unavailability’ calendar in your Supplier Dashboard:
If you do not have a channel manager, we kindly ask if you could please keep your availability up to date on the calendar provided on your Dashboard.

Health & Safety

What is TravelEssence’s approach to supplier Health & Safety?

We all agree that ensuring our mutual client's health and safety throughout their travels in New Zealand and Australia is of the greatest importance. We understand that there are legal obligations in both countries which require tourism businesses to have certain health and safety measures in place.

Given the importance of health and safety, we are now asking all of our suppliers to confirm whether you comply with any relevant health & safety legislation for your product.

If you have any specific questions about whether certain legislation applies to you or whether you currently comply or not, please direct your queries to the below regulatory bodies.

New Zealand
In New Zealand, Worksafe is the primary workplace health and safety regulator. If you have any queries or questions about whether you meet any health and safety legislative obligations, please get in contact directly with Worksafe. You can find their contact details here.
